How to make your 7 Days to Die (7DTD) Server Crossplay Enabled

If you want your 7 Days to Die dedicated server to support crossplay with consoles, there are specific settings you must configure. Unlike Steam players who can connect regardless of configuration, console players will only be able to join if all settings are compatible.

  1. Login to the server control panel.
  2. Stop the server.
  3. Click on Server Settings.
  4. Click on Other Technical Settings.
  5. Enable the Allow Crosplay Setting.
  6. Enable the EACEnabled Setting.
  7. Enable the Ignore EOS Sanctions Setting.
  8. Start the server.

Essential Crossplay Settings

Below are the required settings to enable crossplay with PlayStation and Xbox clients within the mainconfig.xml server config file:

Setting Required Value
ServerMaxPlayerCount 8 (max)
ServerAllowCrossplay True
EACEnabled True
IgnoreEOSSanctions False

If any of the above values are incorrect, console players will not be able to join the server.
